Helen is a UNIFAM-qualified counsellor and certified Life Coach as well as a respected journalist and editor who has written for mainstream magazines and newspapers in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom including The Daily and Sunday Telegraphs, The Sun-Herald, The Australian Financial Review, Vogue Australia, Harpers Bazaar, INTHEBLACK and Cosmopolitan.

She is also the author of two books, SOS: Sex, Optimism and Surviving the 21st Century (Harper Collins) published in Australia and New York and Slow Sydney (Affirm Press) contained in the National Library system and an AWARD qualified copywriter.

Today she specialises in stress-related and holistic wellness issues with a focus on living a happier life. She believes YOU have the power to create your everyday reality and health. Whether the issue is work overload, money, sex, or just dealing with change, she is able to assist you to rediscover your strength. Helen strongly believes that your beliefs are your biology and is fascinated by the new science of epigenetics as well as inspired by some of the healing world's leading thinkers and innovators including Dr Christiane Northrup, Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Mario Martinez and Wayne Dyer.

She is currently completing a Diploma of Food and Wellness Coaching with Nature Care College Sydney.  Helen has also studied with Wellness Coaching Australia and is a member of the American Union of NLP. She lives in the gorgeous Northern Rivers of NSW, near Byron Bay, with her labrador Edward Bear.
