I enjoy assisting clients with communications strategies and generating original ideas, authoritative and engaging content that resonates with their target market.
I’m also the author of two books, SOS: Sex, Optimism and Surviving the 21st Century (Harper Collins) published in Australia and New York and Slow Sydney (Affirm Press) contained in the National Library system, and an AWARD qualified copywriter.
I am a UNIFAM-qualified counsellor, certified Life Coach, and Food & Wellness Coach. This has enabled me to apply special expertise to all wellness content including nutrition, fitness, stress management, anxiety and burnout, self-case and more. Wellness is a global US$4.2 trillion industry.
I am fascinated by the new science of epigenetics as well as inspired by thinkers and innovators including Dr Christiane Northrup, Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Mario Martinez and Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and Dr Rubin Naiman.
I have completed a Professional Certificate in Food & Nutrition Coaching with Nature Care College Sydney as well as a Diploma of Counselling with Uniting Families and am an executive member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. I have studied with Wellness Coaching Australia, and am a member of the American Union of NLP.
I currently live in Brisbane with my Labrador Edward Bear and dream of holidays at my bach in the far north island of New Zealand.
