I am a UNIFAM-qualified counsellor, certified Life Coach, and Food and Wellness Coach, as well as a respected journalist and editor who has written for mainstream magazines and newspapers in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom including The Daily and Sunday Telegraphs, The Sun-Herald, The Australian Financial Review, Vogue Australia, Harpers Bazaar, INTHEBLACK and Cosmopolitan.

I’m also the author of two books, SOS: Sex, Optimism and Surviving the 21st Century (Harper Collins) published in Australia and New York and Slow Sydney (Affirm Press) contained in the National Library system,  and an AWARD qualified copywriter.

Today I help people with stress-related and holistic wellness issues, relationship and career difficulties and stress burnout recovery, with the focus on living a healthier and happier life. I also work with millenials to put a plan in place that maximises ultimate health and well-being for life. I believe YOU have the power to create your everyday reality. Having interviewed some of the world’s leading wellness experts, including Deepak Chopra and Dr Rubin Naiman, I strongly believe that your beliefs are your biology. I am fascinated by the new science of epigenetics as well as inspired by thinkers and innovators including Dr Christiane Northrup, Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Mario Martinez and Wayne Dyer.

I have completed a Professional Certificate in Food & Nutrition Coaching with Nature Care College Sydney and a Diploma of  Counselling with Uniting Families. I have studied with Wellness Coaching Australia,  and am a member of the American Union of NLP. I live in Brisbane with my labrador Edward Bear and dream of holidays at my bach in the far north island of New Zealand.
